Love the Jeep!!! This is probably old news, but I have the same wheels as you and use POR15 to cover up the trail rash. It hold great and you can't even really notice it was touched up!

Thanks! While the damage to the doors really bothered me, i view light damage to other places as a badge of honor. The paint has plenty of fine scratches from narrow trails. Dings in the wheels are just part of that.

BTW: I was born in Brunswick. Moved to San Diego when I was 14 months old, though (1950).

And almost forgot I added some lights... Two Dually 2 spot lights on the front bumper... in addition to the floods I already have...
Also added the hide away led strobes for when I go on runs with the Fire Dept...

That's a great idea welding the rubi rails shut and using as air tanks. COOL!

I think those are limb risers and the only company I know that makes them is rockhard I think! I could be wrong there's a few guys on here that made their own! And by the way I look at this thread everyday! Awesome jeeps and awesome adventures! Good job everyone! Keep em coming!
