I wave at every Jeep I see. CJ, YJ, JK. It doesn't matter if they're modded or not. I will wave. Problem is, they won't wave back. Just can't seem to get anything!
But i'm a diehard. I'll keep the tradition alive no matter what!

I have found in my area of MI, most people wave back. The modded crowd do not seem to disrespect my stock JK, and the Wrangler drivers that don't wave are usually driving 4 door unmodded JK's. They probably just bought the Wrangler for transportation and do not even know about the Jeep wave. I will keep right on waving when I see them.

So, do not stress if they ignore you.

I wave when I see one, and get a return wave a little better than 50% of the time. But sometimes I don't see a fellow Jeeper till they're passing or passed already, and I wonder... did they wave? Because I would have missed that and not waved back and then I would be one of those people.

There's also the chance that some people just don't know about it... but it's still just a wave.

Keep it alive brother!!! It's pretty funny when your son looks over at you and says "What's their problem?" I just chuckle and tell him one day they'll get the message.

Mine's built. I wave. Any Jeep counts. i'll wave at other 4X4's too. I get lots of waves from all kinds of vehicles. As far as jeeps go it isn't 100%. I wave anyway. I'm from MN. We wave.

I'm a waver! Matter of fact... Mark Darion (I think I spelled that right) I even pulled up next to you on base to talk to you about your Jeep a while back.

I waved at everyone when I drove my TJ and some people just dont wave. No biggie, its just an easy way for us to identify assholes.
