Well that depends, I doubt weeks, average is a few months, but could be up to 5-6. if you order now youll have it by Nov. or Dec. (hopefully sooner if all goes well. unlike the first 07's) Good Luck......

If your parents are willing to adopt I'm available...

Go with the Ruby. If you don't, you are just going to wonder about it forever. Either ride is great, but if you want a new project go with the Ruby.

can your parents hook me up with a lift, bumper, and/or tires? My X is in desperate need, i'm sure it could be considered some kind of tax write off.

I'm jealous as hell, i wish i had a decision like that to make. But i would suggest u look at just how much the monthly payments will be. How are you going to make the payments if your in air traffic control school. I was broke as hell for my 4 years of college and i had tons of scholarships... hell i'm still broke and i've been working as an ME for a year now.

Unless ur a drug dealer selling black market RX prescriptions to all the old people in Florida

First of all, ignore anyone who is giving you grief... all these hypocrites with unlimited life/parenting/childhood knowledge should surely know when to keep their judging mouths shut.

Anyway, IMO you should think about why you want a Rubi, and think of the "costs" of getting there (either by upgrading your current Jeep, or by buying a new Rubi). If money isn't really an issue, do what will make you most happy - we all wish we were in this situation

i think i just need to see what my payments will be once i move out now, and if i had a ruby how much i would have to pay monthly once i move out. then see how much more it would be and think if its worth it. Cuz my truck will only be payed for so long.

Simple mathematics. Hell, then if you really wanna go blow the extra money, you can buy your pretty wife a nice shiney rock or something.
Well this was my first jeep and i wasnt sure how i would like driving a jeep coming from a bmw. thats why i decided to get the sahara since it was a bit cheaper. But now i am all about my jeep 100% i just wish i would have gotten a ruby. and now after reading lots in this website i no alot more than i used to and even if i kept my curent jeep within a year i would be changing the wheels/tires/and lift so i would be rebuilding it anyway. I think it would be kool to take what i have learned and get to build my rubicon the way i want from a fresh slate i think. i still all my stock sahara parts i am gonna put up for sale and with that money ill get some stuff for my new ruby if thats what i decide to do.

I would hate to be this kids little brother.

Maybe you should keep the Sahara and let your little brother get what HE really wants instead of talking him into it so you can get a Rubi.
