I put serious thought into relocating it myself because it looks easy enough to do, but because I just got my JK in August I don't wanna screw with the warranty.
Fortunate thing for me was I went and spoke to the Dealer here in town and asked them about it. They told me that If I wanted to supply the kit they would do the relocate and therefore honor my warranty... I hate taking my JK to the dealer but in this case I won't complain too much.

im doing this right now, its all set in the right location and i followed the OP to the T the only thing im having problems with are getting the air line to bend nicely, it just keeps kinking up on me, no way am i taking a heat gun to it. should i just go get some more flexible hose from autozone or something... what size/ fittings do i need?

nvm i got it, 3/8 hose, i only needed to replace the hose coming from the top of the tank.
This was super easy, im lifted too and checked the clearance for the pumpkin smashing the EVAP, and the only way i can see it happening is if i jump the thing.
