Cheapest Evap Relocate!
Your right.. You would have to compress the bump stops to hit the canister.
Here's my take on it. At full compression (driver and passenger sides fully stuffed) and compressing the bump stop extensions 1", you'll contact the evap canister. So if you jump you JK like Bo and Luke would, then you could pop it. If you plan on testing this, please post the video.
Oh wait you want me to do that in my Jeep?
Not gonna happen.
What's the height of the bumpstops? If they're the same or more than the TF 2.5 BB mine doesn't hit. Does that make sense?
I went to the web page. looking at the pics track bar is in front of axle instead of behind so liiks like it might hit at full stuff. Need pics from front of axle to tell for sure.

It collects fuel vapor that would otherwise escape into the atmosphere. Once in a while, a system kicks in that cleans it out and sucks the vapor from the evap can into the intake manifold where it gets burned off in the motor.
When you go to pick up the new nuts and bolts bring one of the origionals with you. go 1" longer and you'll have no problems. I never hammered anything flat, you won't need to. If there were some reason I wanted to return it to it's factory location I could. Nothing has been modified on the relocate I did. I haven't had any problems.
