That's what I'm talking about. The linch pin, the one that goes thru the sway bar link, won't fit thru the holes in the sway bar. I'm not talking about the pin going into the tiny holes on the linch pin.

Everyone on my page now

I bought the same one, 3/16 x 1.5 inch pin(or bolt) and it won't fit. Should I go get a smaller diameter one, or will it be too week I wonder.

How did the OP get it to fit. Mines a 2009

My guess is that he had to mod a little but he made it sound all easy

Bevel the end of the pins. This will make it easier. 😄

Bevel the ends of the pins. This will help it fit better.

It was easy on my JK. I only drilled the pin hole a lil bigger to make the cotter fit easier. It will help to do this along will beveling the ends of the pin also.

I'm going to Uwharrie this weekend so I will just unbolt and strap them up, but afterwards I think I will look into hogging out the end link holes.
3/16 pin, READ THE RECEIPT

If u use 7/16 is IS sloppy because its the wrong size. 3/16 with a bevel on end. 🙀

I come from a sports car background, and extra movement in the suspension is not generally a good thing. I prefer my stuff fitting properly.
😳Read the receipt, it says 3/16

I mean mines just a little loose left and right cuz of the hole position for the pin, but its like 1/16" maybe with the washers. The 7/16" clevis is a pretty decent fit for me.
There is a pic from HOME DEPOT and it says 3/16. This is not rocket science, lol
