I did this on 3 JKs yesterday and it took maybe 20 min total. Great mod!

Great mod! Did this myself the other day while I was installing an HID kit to my IPF headlights. Funny thing I noticed though, when the lights are off the signals/markers blink in sync with each other but when the lights are on, they alternate between marker and signal...

Think they all do that alternate thing with the lights on.
I personally like it at night that way, more noticeable.

Rozzman,

I did this on my 09 and have not regretted it since. People actually move before you have to hit them......same wires, same everything. Very Very easy.

Did mine last night and they don't blink without the marker light on. If the lights are off no blinky. Yes, YES it was the black wire from marker and the white farthest not next to the black on the turn signal. Did the mod about 2 inches from turn signal plug just to make sure it was the FARTHest white one. So any one have a clue.

Did you completely CUT the black from the side marker. Then tap it to that outside white wire. The white wire is NOT cut, only tap into.

Yes the black wire only comes from the marker light itself and to the outside white striped on the blinker. Any clues?

If you have LED's and you want this to work look up Magic Blinker on GOOGLE and you will find a solution.

Yes I have installed them and they work.
