I just did it to my 2014 Willys Wheeler edition, worked perfectly. Followed the instructions posted on the video, even had my iPad on my bumper as I cut the wire and made the splice.
My buddy bought a used 2007 the next day, wants me to do his now.

Unfortunately this mod didn't work on my 2015 JK. If anyone was able to get it to work on 2014+ models I'd like to know.

marker lights on 2016 sport

Has any one been able to make the marker light mod work on a 2015 or 2016, had it on my 2010 and 2012 and now bought a 2016 sport 2 door for my wife and want to do the mod. hearing that it doesn't work on 14's and up. love to hear some comments.
