Did mine today, hardest part was squeezing my hands behind the panel to tap splice. I bought the LED from Autozone 2 9" strips with 6 lights, but I cut it in half and only used 3 LED's.

Getting red and using only half the LEDs was a good call. Nightvision friendly as well.

NICE! Looks great Jason!

Mine has 3 Red LEDs as well. Perfect amount of light IMHO.

Hell Yeah I love it and it was easy as hell to install. Bringing back some memories of riding in HMMWV"S and our MRAP for Patrols

Default great info

Just added a 4" red strip under the AC panel and ran another under the driver's seat. The plan is when I receive my new security box from bestop (if they ever start shipping them) I will use it to light up the drawer's interior. Great info on tapping into the correct wire to get dimable power

Default LEDs

Finally got the bestop underseat box in after 2+months on backorder, ran the underseat LEDs in the box. I think it turned out pretty good, def helps you see in the box at night without turning on the dome light.

Yep, it will dim as long as you tap into the Orange w/gray strip hot wire.
