Default Project cool jeep

The idea to this project was to get the interior temperature down .I started with 3/4 thick insulation board with the foil on both sides . And started to fit it in the recesses in hard top .Then cover with header liner from Pep Boys. And then paint the exterior with hammered Grey paint. Not only is the interior temperature much better but my stereo sounds great now and the road sound are down quite a bit. I didn't think about my Sat. antenna being blocked by the foil but im going to have to fix that. Also now that i have the top back on i going paint the outside edges on the top back to black so you cant see the silver.I think am going to use hammered black and paint all the vertical surfaces.

Neat idea... I would paint the sides in the same color as the Jeep... it will look like a Mini on steroids!
