Well I finally found a place to mount my solenoid box. Took all the brackets off, switched the longer cables with the shorter ones, and it tucked nice and snug between the battery and the fuse box. Very nice fit. Many thanks to Jhen for all his help and ideas!

I wonder what it would look like with an ez-flip license plate on it? BC requires a front license plate.

Has anyone used this?

It seems a little easier than having to fab one.

Thanks

will a 87-06 tj/yj winch plate fit upside down so that i will not have to notch the universal winch plate around the frame horns like the one in the write up pic? the one i was look at is the smittybilt front winch mount plate. thanks

may be easier, but its too expensive (imo)

im looking at something like this to be mounted on top of the frame rails, couple three bolts per side
(this one is too narrow)
