OK bs
Yes I took the drop pitman off and re-installed the stock pitman arm
the steering wheel was off a little but I adjusted it and it drives totally different now. just a slight bump steer but really not noticeable at all , I drove around and hit a the bumps that usually makes me have low speed violent DW and NO GO ! !
hopefully it is fixed
thanks for all the help on the geometry and engineering tech. Manoj

, I took the trackbar off on the drivers side and then used a air impact then found a good spot for the torque wrench to fit and got it torqued down
, torquing the draglink to the stock pitman arm one is harder to torque than the drop pitman arm but I just tightened it up as much as I could with a wrench and then found a place where the torque wrench would barely fit and went two clicks at a time but it worked out FINALLY
took the zert out for now, until i can figure out a solution and talk to david to see if there is any others with the same issue. I will run to NAPA tomorrow to see if they have a plug that will fit into the zert hole.
hahahah you think its cold at 0730 you should go to work at 0500....LOL it really cold then!

. Torquing the pitman arm to 180 ft lbs - 185 ft lbs is a royal pain!!
