I will be possibly doing this soon as well. I will just be running 2.5" of lift with MCE flat fenders. I will trim the pinch seam. I already have C gussets. I will regear after I drive with 3.73's for about a week and decide what to run. I do very similar type of wheeling that you do. I will run the KM2's because they are pretty light and run a little small. Then again once I install my MCE fenders I might be happy with my 315 Duratracs.

UPDATE!!!!

Completed the axle upgrades, had Nitro Gear sleeves installed along with new Alloy USA, chromoly shafts front and rear. The front stock D30 should be good-to-go now to handle the new 37's.

Oh yeh, I also picked up some new Rugged Ridge, wheels and wheels trim rings. Wanted to take full advantage of the rebate program going on right now, so with the wheels, trim rings, and axle shafts I qualify for the 200.00 rebate.

Next step will be some suspension upgrades, changing the current BDS 3inch spring for some Rock Krawler 3.5 triple rates, also adding some longer stainless brake lines, changing to BDS shocks for some Fox, and my Skyjacker dual steering stabilizer, for the Fox ATS.

They the 37 MTR's will finally be going on.

your doing sing a great job!

i still have my BDS springs but have been thinking of something better, I went with fox shocks and I just have the fox standard stabilizer, the better/longer stainless brake lines are a great idea

I will get some new pics after the next phase is completed, right now there really isn't anything to take pics of.

After my me springs and other suspension components get installed the stance should change a bit and new pics will follow. From that point on I will post new photos after every other project.

Well one more and final step down before I move up to the 37's. Just picked the Jeep up from 4 Wheel Parts Miami with some new suspension upgrades.

Changed out the BDS 3 inch springs with RockKrawler 3.5 inch springs, changed the BDS shocks for FOX 2.0's, got rid of the SkyJacker dual stabilizer and put in a FOX ATS, added a Teraflex flipped drag link and added some Rubicon Express stainless steel brake lines.

Overall, first impressions on the drive home, very positive, I gained an additional 1.5 inches of lift, the ride on the road is mush smoother, and I would say the steering is a bit stiffer and more responsive. Here are some photos of the new goodies.

Yeah, I was wondering about that also. How does is not have a ton of bump steer with those angles.
