The Mopar 4in lift also comes with dual reservoir Fox shocks, which are specifically tuned by Fox for the Mopar springs for improved better ride quality. It also comes with a Dana/Spicer replacement drive shaft which you will need as well.

Info from Fox: "FOX does not differentiate between the 2dr and the 4dr for their aftermarket shocks. MOPAR made a custom tune for both the 2dr and 4dr JKs and created MOPAR specific shocks for the lifts."

It's one of the more complete lifts out there when you start going higher than 3.5in.

^^^ linear springs and non-beefy control arms leave much to be desired on that Mopar kit......

*** BUT, if you can pick up that Mopar kit for that special price on Amazon you were talking about on the other thread for ~ $800 or so then it would be worth considering....

I don't know what the price of that kit is but the components look suspect...

Cam bolts
Control Arms that look like the weak factory ones
Extended Rubber Brake lines instead of stainless
No yoke for the Driveshaft?
Linear springs
No front bumpstops with what appears to be a drag link flip?

There are trade offs of linear vs dual/triple (progressive) rate coils. Maybe you should spend some time learning about those trade offs instead of just eating up the marketing material from the vendors who decided to use multi rate coils. You seem to have a preference for multi-rate coils, do you even know why or why you consider them to be better than a linear coil?

Nothing in regards to the Fox tuned dual resevoir shocks in comparison to your other personal preferred lift provided shocks? That seems suspect.

But in comparison you say the JKS kit is a good kit? OK.......whatever floats your boat.

Cam bolts, most don't use them but most every other kit mentioned doesn't include ANYTHING for caster correction, so you're criticizing the Mopar kit for actually providing a solution for caster correction where the other kits don't? I don't get it. That's an easy game to play, but is really a futile and silly argument. Drive shaft with the other kits mentioned? Come on now. Really? Grow up.

Factory control arms are weak? You're the 1st person who I've ever heard say that. The factory joints are known to last longer than any aftermarket designed product and I've never heard of anyone breaking a factory control arm.

Yoke is included in the drive shaft

Front and rear bumpstops are included.

So what's wrong with rubber hoses besides some marketing material you've read and ate up like a fat kid eating cake which told you that you need to have the shiney stainless steal? The shiney stainless steal got your attention didn't it? bright shiney objects. Aftermarket Marketing gimmicks. Heck, the only other lift mentioned so far that actually includes brake lines has been the Metalcloak kit. So again, you're criticizing it for actually providing something that is needed? OK....and other kits mentioned don't even include them, so not providing anything is better in your opinion. Got it....seems logical.

Look it's obvious, you're not familiar with the lift but no need for your obvious negative bias towards it because it's made by Mopar and not your favorite aftermarket company. All that have installed it are pretty pleased with it and like I said "It's one of the more complete lifts out there when you start going higher than 3.5in" as well as includes tuned Fox shocks that the OP seemed to have a preference towards and can be purchased through Q-Tec.

I would not do either kit. I like JKS but not the fixed arms and with 4" of lift I would want all 8 adjustable arms and a high steer solution. I understand you are locked into a kit offered by Quadratec. Thats too bad as there are other brands out there you are not getting to choose from. I would throw that catalog away after you burn your credit there. Better places out there and more choices then what they offer.
I would look at this:Synergy Manufacturing 4" Stage 3 Suspension for 07-17 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK | Quadratec and add the shocks of your choice.

That synergy lift comes with stainless steal brake line extensions.....it's got to be good. However, I'm not sure if it holds up to the "looks" strength test.
