Thanks. Yeah I'm glad its going. Did a test run with it and man it sounds like it could pull a semi. Surprised at how little effort it took for it to move my jeep. And thanks to Chris at Jeep Add Ons... it took a little longer than he initially thought to ship it, so he upgraded me to the premium finish. Pretty sweet

So I'm mid install as I write this. Everything is wired up, so I think, but have one question.
Where does the long, bigger black cable run from the battery to?
Does it run from the battery to the ground wire on the bottom of the motor that was such a pain to get to or one of the connections on top of the motor?
I'd love to get this installed tonight so any help would be appreciated.

If that's the case, there are actually two black cables on that particular terminal (one from the battery and one from the solenoid box)?

glad it's working now. I had a simmilar problem, I had power enough to spool in and out with no load but under load I had almost nothing. The problem is that the spot on the winch terminal where the main ground cable hooked up was covered in black paint and therefore I had a very poor ground. I sanded the paint off and all was good. just a thought....
