Quick question on updating the programming... do you have to return the vehicle back to stock before you update the controller?

Yes you have to return to the stock settings before you can update the programmer. As for those of you wondering how you get updates to fix errors such as the board id 19 expected 23 error, you just call and give them the programmer serial number and wait like 5 min then run the internet updater again like normal. They can turn on specific updates based on your S/N when you connect. Very easy, took me like 5 minutes now I am good to go with no errors.

So I am sitting here in my car as my hypertec is updating my pc. I updated the firm ware and it took about 1 min to update to the newest one. So far so good

i leave the window down and close the doors and update though the window so i dont have to sit their and wait.

I had my iphone so it was cool... I didnt change anything with the Fan control... Can someone explain to me why I would want to mess with the Fan control options?
