Talked to hypertech today. The tech told me they are still working on the older units to take the program. Said it would be ready in a week or two. Kinda vague and been hearing that a couple months now. Hard not to be frustrated but the guy was really nice and willing to answer my question

 

yeah, they're good peeps - though not good biz practice to make false promises. in the military, you tell your boss something is going to be done by a certain time and it's not, be ready to get your peepee shwacked

I believe I spoke to Jay today. The firmware on my tuner will not accept any updates and returns a serial number "0". I have to send it back for a replacement. It sucks that I have to cover the shipping charge to send it back to them when it came from the factory with issues.

 

I just had to send mine in about a week ago too. I shipped FedEx, and it was fairly cheep. The really good part.... Their turnaround time was one day and I had it the next.

 

Do they work on 2011 yet?>

 

what needs to be done to get all the new updates on my programmer? I dont want to download the old software again

 

Just got an email from Jay stating that the software for the older units just released today. Going to return to stock and try the update now and see what happens from there!
