You will need to change the tailshaft for sure. That will add a little. Looks like you have the correct manifolds too so that is good. I would just toss the old harness and computer. You wont need it. Hotwires harness is complete.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this project, especially with the part list you put together for your install. Will my transfer and 4x4 bolt up to this? I was told by AEV that I would have to change out the valve body on the transmission as well. More input please...lol.

The transfer case bolts on fine. You will need the correct adapter for your transmission. Your using 545 tranny?? If so, you dont have to change anything transmission related. It literally bolts right in. The adapter is the same used on ram trucks for that transmission. You can order it yourself through mopar. I got mine at moparpartsamerica for like $80. Ill go through my receipts for the part # though they do change often.

Now that's a GREAT question not to mention how will my 5.13 gears hold up or will I need to change them to something more lower. I plan on moving up to 37s or 40s to compensate the higher gear ratio I have installed right now.

LOL, how can I tell if I have a 545 tranny? It's extremely hard to locate any identifying number or anything that would let me know what I have and the specs.

Check the plastic label above the oil pan on the trans. Look for RFE in the numbering. From what I can see it is definitely a 545. The only issue is the tail shaft. That trans is setup for rear wheel drive. That commander had to be 4x2. If aev said the body had to be replaced it may be due to that. However, I could be wrong, but I believe the tailshaft can be replaced with small section that is bolted on at the rear. That is where the adapter bolts on. So that may be what they are referring too. Mine had the durango adapter for the transfer case that I removed. The mopar # on my invoice is 52119433ab. The seal for it is #52119498aa. Again, these #'s can change. I ordered it from moparpartsamerica.com for about 73$. You must order online though to get that price. Otherwise dealer cost is over 100$.

I have been told the 1310 shaft will be fine for most folks. That is what i intend to put on myself later this summer. Ive got very little room right now after the exhaust is routed around it.
