Default White JK Unlimited Top / How do you take the rear windows out

I have been thinking about painting my top as well. I am still waiting delivery. On a train somewhere between Toledo and Kansas City. Any way, I have a couple of pics. One before and one after a quick and crude photoshop paint job. I definitely like the look of the painted top. My wife too said it makes it look more like a hummer. I am going to get a quote to get it done. My boss's son paints cars for a living. Maybe I can get a descent price. I can do most of the fiberglass work myself. I have experience from a previous project building an airplane. Filling and sanding is tedious, but a monkey can be taught to do it. Since I don't have my jeep yet, how hard is it to remove the rear side windows from the hardtop?

That sounds like a more realistic quote. You should be able to save some $ if take it all apart yourself and just bring them the parts to paint.

Sorry guys, I have not had time to post pics yet. The top came out great, people that don't know assume it is a factory job. I will update pics on my project page.

the pics are on my projects page now.

As much as I like a painted top, I am not sure if I would do it with a white one. My son, just bought a white Hummer and boy, this picture sure looks like one now.
