Jeez man, sorry for you hard times with this. I wish I lived closer to ya, I'd be happy to look at it and see if we could figure anything out.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

I'm sure I read somewhere, or from someone, that there are some "missalignments" on the front end coming from the factory. Like the driver side control arm being slightly longer then the passenger, or account for some engineering in the front. I'll try to find that thread and come back to you.

Here's the thread, search "Swaybar touching front coil" and in the thread one of the guys talks about how jeep compensates for crown in the road with having a slightly skewed axle. If you have adjustable arms you can correct this, but if stock it's something we'll have to live with. I don't think it's teraflex's fault, and don't necessary think that swapping the pucks for coils will completely fix it either.

I'd love to hear an update as well. It's starting to sound like Jeep made some changes to the factory geometry on some of these newer models

Is it me or does the bump stop seem as though it's angled?.. I don't think that it should be anything different with the newer jeeps.. I just installed on these about a week ago on my 2010 and had no issues. Even just ran outside to double check

I just installed the leveling kit today and had the same issues. I have .5" clearence on the drivers side between coil spring and sway bar link and 1.5" on the passenger side. I verfified everything is seated correctly and springs are installed correctly. This is a 2010 JK unlimited sport. I also verified axle alignment is correct. Not to worried about it, but would be nice to know why it is like this.

Maybe I will hold off on ordering the Teraflex leveling kit until this issue or issues get resolved.

OP here. I just received the new TF spring leveling kit today. I haven't had time to install it, but I hope to get to it this weekend. I'm also virtually positive that there's nothing wrong with the Teraflex kit and that Jeep must have slightly changed something with the OEM control arms or something that could effect the front end alignment. I'll hopefully be able to post an update by Sunday night.

If I do need adjustable front control arms to correct this issue, do I need the lower, upper, or both? I'm sure it's something I could live with, but it will also bug me if I leave the issue unresolved.

Well, I'd assume a full set of arms would be needed to correct the issues, just upper would pull the top in a bit an just lowers would push it out a bit.

I'm really interested to see how the coil swap works out and if that makes a difference. The thread I quoted before was started by a jeeper with a coil swap. That and I just received my OME's today and will be swapping soon....

Let us know when you have it all swapped out.
