Running the factory knuckles. How does that affect the leak?

I'm having an issue with seal leaks and can't figure out if my aftermarket knuckles or aftermarket Ball Joints are the cause. My Axle Shafts sit high (3/16") on both sides where they exit the housing tubes into the knuckle area, like there is much less space above them in the axle tube than below.

Synergy ball joints. Which are good. No play in them.

OP, what axle shafts are you running in that housing? I'm running a ProRock 44 Unlimited, Prosteer ball joints, RCV axle shafts, and Rancho knuckles and have zero leakage or issues.

What axles are you running? What locker? Some combinations end up with shafts with a poorly located seal area. I'd check the axle seal surface in relation to the actual seal location.
