Get some pics up of the area you're talking about? The pinch seem is easy to bend back into shape. And if it's the frontend, you only have the fender there, no quarter panel so that you can take off and hammer out from the backside. If it's the rocker panel or the rear quater panel then it's gotta be pulled and they are hollow areas (so no damage to anything behind it) but that also means you can't get in behind it to fix it lol

The rock rails/sliders that are weld on will last forever as the body mounted ones can and do bend upwards if you land hard on a rock. There are also the skins that you can put on you body via bolts or there's other manufacturers with rocker guards you don't have to drill holes to mount but mount via adhesive. I just put some rocker guards on the fiances JK last week, although we'll be building rock sliders as well down the road for it to protect it even more. We like rock climbing and with all the trees, rocks up in our area damage is bound to happen.

Here is a picture of the damage. You can see how the rail got pushed up into the fender and if you look below the door hinge you can see how the panel is bulging out. This is also somehow pulling my door hinges forward.

Ok yeah so it's just your fender that's damaged. If you take the rails off the fender should bend back down, but you'll have to undo all the mounting bolts on the fender..at least the lower bolts and the door bolts to release the pressure off it. It'll most likely just go back to normal. I'd start there and then as you bolt everything back up you can realign it and see how the door gap is. If the door gap is still off, you can then just undo the door bolts and realign the door.

Easy fix as it doesn't really look like it's dented, most likely just bent/pushed out of place.

That's my hope!

MSRP on that metal fender piece alone is almost $500 before paint and labor!!

I think after much thought this has made me want to change my build plans a little and get some things that are built a little stronger.

Is the door lined up correctly?

You should be able to cover all your damage with a set of rockskins...

Either ours or someones elses will do the trick
Rockskins $219 by the way

Chris, Right now the door is actually pulled a little bit forward. There is a small gap between the door and the B pillar. Thoughts?

How will that work with the skin if there is damage and there is a gap between the skin and the tub? I would think junk would get caught up in there and give more opportunity to rust?

If you send me a couple more pictures I can give you a better idea. The outer sheet metal is so soft, it should pull together nicely to the skins. I have seen a lot worse be covered up by a set of skins. Just use plenty of RTV and it should be fine against rust.

The door does not mount to the skins itself. The skin is just deformed and pushed closer to the door. Assuming it does not effect operation of the door. I would put money into a good set of sliders and skins.

He mentioned purchasing the brawlers. They tie into the frame and tub. Their other rocker knockers are the tub mounted ones. Which I can say, have held the weight of mine on the rocks many of times with no issues.

Which angles would give you the best clarity on the situation? I can go out and take any pictures needed. I don't think I will have time to get the rails off till Saturday to see what happened to that little angle in the tub unless I drop them in the dark and wait till tomorrow to see what it looks like.

Also, do your skins have a rubber liner like the PSC's do?

My rubi rockers have held up really well too. He just came down extremely hard. And I'm not raging on PSC I love a lot of their stuff. But the strongest rails on the market is Evo's plain and simple. And the brawler mounts to the body mounts and the body armor not the frame. That being said its a lot stronger than what most will use it for (as a step for most) lol . But the evo is the only true bullet proof rocker on the market.
