I just got mine from northridge4x4.com for 340 shipped NEXT DAY. The price was just increased by superchips, so your aren't really going to find it for cheaper than that anymore. Not to mention free next day shipping. I got mine the other day and am happily running the 87 tune for now, KNOCK FREE. Like everyone says... it's not an OMG moment when you feel the difference, but I feel that this about what I would expect it to be like from the factory... much easier and fun to drive.

X2

I just got mine from dave today. I used the 87 tune, I like it. It's not a race car by any means but if feels good to drive like it's not fighting so hard just to go up a hill

Thinking about getting one. I've heard rumors that running these can eventually damage your cat converter. Any truth to this?

I just reflashed the ecu with the tow tune after reverting to stock for about a month. Had some serious pinging issues with the 87 tune with all grades of gas, which scared me from trying any of the other tunes. I went ahead and tried the tow tune... and its a completly different beast, no pinging (keeping my fingers crossed) but i saw over 100 on the way home and drove it 4 hours.

Will need to try the tow tune next time. Did the 87 tune and as per the "butt dyno" Jeep felt great. Wife even noticed a difference. Moved to the 91 tune after trans recall as I was getting used to the 87 tune and my "butt dyno" wasn't feeling the power anymore.

Going with 33's this week or the next so with the extra weight hope tow tune offsets the sluggishnes I'm thinking I'll feel with a 3.73.

I just installed my Superchips and it seems a touch better with the 87 octane tune, however, I have two quick questions:

1) What is the difference between pinging and knocking? I put the 91 octane tune in with 40% 93 octane and 60% 87 octane and it (what I call) knocked like crazy while accelerating throughout the gears. I thought pinging was literally a pinging sound, but I am not sure I have ever heard it or would know what to listen for.

2) Will the towing tune give my some higher end power as well? My 3.21's with 33's need all the help they can get until I get my 4.88's next week.
