RichRock here is a quote from a forum member regarding the MPG using different settings

Unlimted Sahara automatic
Stock 32s
CAI
Stock stubby bumper (that cost me about 30 miles per tank, but looks great)

Anyone have success with the MXS tune?
I have always got my best mileage with the 93 tune. Never liked the Mileage XS tune, but my guess is that it just doesn't fit my driving style and terrain. Best cost/efficiency has been with the 91 tune. I still run the 93 tune all summer long, like the performance and get pretty decent gas mileage.

Ok, I'm having issues with my flashpaq and cant get the superchips forum to send me a registration email so I will ask here.

I've had the programmer for a while now and other than the update interface being entirely a piece of **** program, I've not had any real issues with it. Well, I programmed the jeep back to stock to take it in for an oil change and whatever recalls were out. Anyway, I get it home tonight and go to reinstall the superchips and it won't allow me to do it. It lets me adjust tire size, but wont let me go into advanced setting, nor will it let me do a quick tune. It simply says the programmer does not have the calibration for this vehicle on file and to visit superchips.com for an update.

So, I attempt to update the programmer via the superchips update program, and after the usb port timing out about 15 times, it finally says this to me...

"The calibration for your vehicle is not currently supported. Information about your vehicle has been sent to our engineers for analysis and you will be notified via email when a calibration is available for your vehicle. You may unplug your programmer."

So, any idea as to wtf is going on? I literally used it yesterday with no problems.

Give 'em a bit of time to develop an updated tune. Whatever the dealer flashed your Jeep with, Superchips hasn't seen yet.

Call their support line with your serial number handy. They should be able to give you a straight answer.

Installed my flashpaq yesterday. Man what a difference with my intake/exhaust and 6 speed. I love it. Gets up to speed a hell of a lot quicker.

Haven't gotten the TPMS disable to show up yet. I will work on that later. The TPMS has been turned down to 25psi for now. I had a tough time with the speedo correction. I got it to within .5 MPH. Verified using GPS, data acquistion, and a roadside radar sign. I had to set it to 32 inches for tire height with my 285/70R17 duratracs running 32psi.

MPG jumped from 18 to 21. I will try the 0 -60 run later when I have the time.

I am using th 87 tune and I have no pinging. at least I think? I am deaf and can't hear engine noises over my MBRP. Is it like super noticeable or what?

Worth my money!

Ran 8+ tanks with mileage xs first, then switched to 87 tune. I get 1 mpg better with 87 tune than mileage xs, and I like the way it rides better too.

What probably happen is that the dealer re-flash your computer and did some software upgrade. SC has to look at what they did a make you new calibrations -

You should give SC a couple of working days to get it done. Call them after that with your serial number if they have not email you w/ the upgrade software.
