Superchips Flashpaq for JK, Initial Impressions
Check your firewall to see if it is blocking the download, and then restart the process. If that doesn't fix the issue give customer service a call at 888-227-2447 at your earliest convenience. It could be that there is an issue or work being performed on the server that I am unaware of.

We have made progress and hope to have something by SEMA but I can't guarantee that at the moment till they give me the word. I will be sure to update everyone the minute I get more details.
Ford and GM are being tested now so it shouldn't be much more time after they are released. Chrysler files always take the longest to build due to the enormous calibrations they create unlike Ford and GM.
Hang in there! We are as eager to release this as you are to enjoy the benefits.

I picked this up from a local Denver JK owner and installed a tune yesterday morning. I'm pretty impressed so far! I wasn't expecting too much (sorry!) as I came from the world of forced induction and Cobb APs where you had screaming results. However, I feel my JK pulls more in the 1800-3000 RPM range. It's great for accelerating up to highway speeds and from lights. Once I drain this tank of 87, I'll try with 91 and a new tune. Nice work guys!
Ok...new SuperChips question...I have experienced some pinging since installing the 87 tune. After reading on here about this issue I decided to them up with mid grade (91) and set to the 91 tune...then tonight as I'm filling up I look down and see that the stations mid grade is 89 octane. So my question now is, should I burn this out before tuning to 91 and just check next time that I get actual 91 of is the 89 ok?
Also, I have the Goodyear MTR Kevlar in 35x12.50 17...should I set tire size at 35 or 34.7? Thanx all!

You need to run 91 octane if you are going to run the 91 tune, 93 octane for the 93 tune, etc.
I, too, have the pinging problem for some time now. In order to fix it, I either add octane booster and/or fill up with a higher octane than the tune.
If your problem persists, contact Scott on the forum and he'll do his best to point you in the right direction.
Hope it helps

Thanks for the tip...I went to Auto Zone tonight and put in some Lucas Oil Octane Booster and then went for a drive...don't wanna jump the gun, but the ping is gone! I may start buying this by the case! Does this mean I should change the tune on the programmer or just let it ride? Thanks a lot for the tip!
Thanks for the feedback! Let me know if I can answer any questions.

+1
Each file is calibrated for a specific octane. The higher the performance the higher the octane level due to the improvements in timing increased, etc...
If you continue to experience a problem please let me know and I will work to help get the issue resolved.

Finally filled up with 91 this weekend, retuned for 91 and drove up to Vail to see the leaves change. The jeep felt great. Only had to hop into 3rd a few times (MUCH better than previous trips). FYI I have 33" / 3" lift / the dreaded 3.21 gearing / manual.
