Plasti-dip them black. I have painted fenders too but I didn't want to hack them up. So I bought some non painted ones for cheap and cut them and for a while I was putting turtle wax ice on them so they won't be the faded grey color. Then I said screw this and plasti-dipped them and now they look like brand new fenders

That's not a bad idea, you got pictures of them?

I know this is probably beating a dead horse, but can somebody give me some confirmation that my new 315/70/R17 Duratracs WILL fit with my TF leveling spacer kit? I am going with new wheels with 4.5" backspace, and will trim the pinch seam, but I've got factory fenders. If there will only be rubbing under extreme articulation scenarios and NOT under normal driving/light offroad scenarios, then I'm OK with that until I save up more and get a coil lift.

Here ya go. To get the 45 degree angles at the bottom of the fenders I measured 3" up from the outside edge and made a mark then took painters tape to start at that mark and go at about a 45degree angle all the way to.the inside corner of the fender where it meets up to the body

Yes. I have a 2.5" budget boost (true 2.5") with 315/70 Duratracs and I could not disconnect my swaybar because I rubbed my stock fenders bad. I've now got Bushwackers and still rub a little in the back. Here is a quick video where you can hear how bad I rub - http://youtu.be/wQbNew-IVmU

Unfortunately, 35s under a 2.5" is kinda tight, so either trim or get flats and make sure you get wheels with some negative backspacing but then that's a whole other project and build.

I bought a pro comp stage 1 4" lift for 600and some change. But idk your comfortable budget so yeah, you could do a 2inch body lift with a 2.5 inch suspension. Lots of combos

I agree 100% with those who say go with 35's. The simple fact that you are even entertaining the thought of 35's means that you will STILL be entertaining that thought even after you went ahead and spent the money on 33's. At that point it'll be all Homer Simpson from there....D'OH!!!
