Tools for JK
Ahahahahahahaha, why didn't you tell me this yesterday, before I got under the jeep :-)
Hi, welome.
Tools, all the above I also carry a pick axe, two shovels (so my wife can help...lol) machete, TORX, saw, tire repair plugs, I carry a short pipe to use for leverege on my wrench handles. I even have a spare serpentine belt. Guess I'm an overpreparer. Also think about taking some nylon fittings for your 4X shifter under the console.

How much is a serpentine belt for a JK with the 3.6?
I vaguely remember the thread about the four wheel/transfer case lever breaking, what should one pack for that?
Lastly, I've never seen anyone mention spare fluids for the Jeep...I have a modest tote with the biggest motor oil jug they sell, brake fluid, automatic transmission fluid (I have a stick, but it seems like someone is always needing transmission fluid!)
For the radiator, I have a couple of temporary things recommended to patch leaks but how much fluid (water, antifreeze) would you need to refill the cooling system if you managed repairs but the system was drained?
Matthew
