Trail Master Lift
I adjusted my pinion angle today. It is about dead even with the drive shaft. My springs are bowed but not much at all. I may try going a couple degrees below and see what that does. I still need to adjust the front, I'm at like 3.5 degrees on the driver side and 5 on the passenger. Other than that everything is done. Thanks for the help Denny. I got a few flex pics on my buddies tire this evening. I am pretty impressed so far. The driver's front is not quite all the way stuffed, my sway bar links are a little too short. I believe the passenger front actually has a bit more travel left in it too. those are 35" tires and my buddy in the blue shirt is about 6'2.........

Sorry for the shitty cell phone pics

Looks great. That brake sensor line looks a little tight, you may want to look at the link below to get some slack in the line.

Looking at picking this kit up at the end of the month. Wondering how the ride is on the why and on the trail. Does it make alot of noise or squeak on the trail?
With a 1" body lift do you think it will clear 38s? Im looking at the pittbull rockers and want to do a 38x15.

Initially, the ride was a little stiff in the parking lot, but after a few weeks, it has started to soften up. Highway driving has always been great.
The control arms squeaked for the first hour of the first ride, but now the squeaks are totally gone. The kit is advertised for up to 37" tires, so I don't know how 38" would work, even with a body lift. But if you have flat or cut fenders, they should work just fine.
I have seen several posts about people having problems getting 15" wheels to fit. They've had problems clearing the calipers. Some people ground down the calipers, some got spacers and others just moved up to 16" wheels. So if you know what style wheel you're getting, do a search to see if it will fit.

Thanks for the reply. I will be doing flat fenders along with the body lift. It looks like a model of the procomps and some of the black rocks dont have issues on the rubicons so I will wind up on one of those sets.
My main issue now that I have decided on this lift is to decide on 37x13.5 or 39.5x16.5 on 15in wheels.
I worry a little about turning radius on the 39x16s but they look so sexy and the lugs are huge.
