What's wrong with BDS? Have you ever owned one if their kits? Mine does just fine and I have awesome flex? No regrets from me.

No doubt I've owned bds on my old xj and my jk.. Great company. Great warranty. I never had any issues.

Default Bds

I have a 3" BSD with FOX SHOX and love it. Rides great and works.

At some point I may go to Rock Krawler control arms, but that's another year or two away.

Looks good other than the pinch seam and fenders what trimming did you do to the body and why did you relocate the lower shock mounts? I have the same lift and may be running 37s sooner than later

Bds and zone are basically the same thing. The zone shocks wont last and the coils sag bad..

Only the factory rails and forward/rearward pinch seams in the rear needed to be trimmed and rounded.

The shock relocation is still a work in process but my main reasons for relocating the brackets are budget and binding. When I ran 35's and flat fenders, I ran stock bump stop and never bottomed out the shocks in the rear, and the fronts would bind too much to allow full compression. Now that I am on 37's, I need to run 2.5" bump stop and I want to recover some of the travel lost. The rear brackets hang too low from the factory so its better to cut the mount off right under the LCA bracket and weld it on as high as possible without bottoming out the shock at full stuff. In the front, I am building brackets similar to these to recover some travel while rotating the mount 90* to eliminate binding issues.

RK 2.5's yielded 3.5" w/ geo brackets, highsteer, front DS.
I would avoid RK coils if not running weight on a 2 door.

Newer Rancho 7000 shocks. No where as harsh as the 5100's

It's about time some one said what I was thinking hahahaa and stay away from body lifts there junk I've built mine out of many different parts and it's sitting around 3.5" and drives better than stock on the road and stuffs the tires with flat fenders and I'm running 33" tires, bump stops make a big difference to depending on the tire size you go with and for the guy that said to stay away from bds and zone and go with a body lift, pretend that post didn't exsist my zone springs have been in my jk for 3 years and driven hard and no saging no paint chipping nothing they are awesome for the money
