Filled up the other day. Fuel light came on and the computer indicated 37 miles to empty. I have the 22.5 gal. Tank. It took 18.99 to top off. Seems about right. About 2.64 (remaining mileage to empty/avg. mpg.) usable gallons in the tank. + 1 gal. on reserve to prevent a dry tank.

I'm at 16mpg with the '13 JKU auto with 3.73, ProCal, 3" lift and 33" trail grapplers with a 50/50 mix of driving. I want 18mpg.

It'll probably make your MPG worse. Air intakes tend to make your Jeep sound cooler on acceleration thus making you give it more gas pedal for that whoomp sound.

I have a Mopar CAI and it is so loud when I get into the gas pedal. With that being said, you should get one. Stay away from a K&N drop in. It'll just be a waste of time in the long run.

With my 2 door with 3.73 gears, 35's, 3.5" of lift, I'm getting 13 mpg
but of course I've got a hardtop, heavy duty bumpers with a full 35 spare, and a light bar. I'm thinking about ordering a snorkel this week though and I've heard that you get a slight mpg gain from it, is this true or just a myth?

With my 12' 4dr rubi with 2.5" lift and 37's, 4.10's, auto, procal,doors/ top on I get 14.5 average to the tank, both city and highway combined. Without the top/doors I averaged 17mpg

........How so? I don't get why you are promoting the Mopar CAI and saying stay away from the K&N drop in. Can you elaborate?

Thanks, good to know, and now I have an "act" to quote if needed.

That said, I changed my mind on it for now.
