Hey, dickhead! Glad to know you are still alive. You had me worried for a sec. Turns out I am staying here again this week... so if you can make a lunch, let me know. Nothing at Bridgestreet, damnit! Gotta save money for lift, tires, and other mods. I am thiking Thursday again. Any good Chinese joints around here? NO... NOT PF CHangs.

There's a Chinese place over near Walmart on University. $5.95 for lunch and inlcudes drink. You can't get a better lunch for that price

Just run with no hood, you could throw some regular window screen over the engine bay to keep debris out!!!

I vote, leave this mod alone. I see no added benefit to the vents, with the exception of looks if that's your style.

I think the dude that says "nobody makes a CAI for a JK.. nobody" is a DA.. according to his logic the only source for CAI would be to put a snow blower on your front bumper ducted directly into the inlet.. maybe you would get cold air according to him. Ok.. sorry, my JA meter pegged out for a second.. maybe its all in the name and we should change it from CAI to BAI (Big A$$ Intake) ... maybe its not cold and it never will be but it is what it is.. more air for the JK to breath with less restriction.

BTW.. cut holes boy.. Do Work!!!

I very much think it's worth it. It made my jeep way more peppy. Plus it sounds cool. And I have decided I am cutting my hood. Just figuring out the best way to do it. I'm thinking a hood louver over my CAI. I'll keep you posted on my ideas. Anybody got an angel grinder? :-)
