Good poser pic of the rack with AEV Snorkel and windshield lights.

Really impressed with how well all three of these items fit together.

I thought I might share an image that occurs in my Jeep with soft top up and the Gobi rack with wind deflector. As some of you may have read, there is a slight cavitation problem with the soft top. If you also have this problem and Smoke in your Jeep, heaven forbid in this day of protectionism give this a try With the driver window down a touch, take a hearty pull and allow the smoke to slowly come out of your mouth. The cavitating top creates an interesting visual affect on the smoke. By the way I only smoke cigars but give it a try with the smoke of your choice It does take my mind off the noise and the visual affect is stimulating

Well just an FYI for those still bothered by the cavitation (Flutter) my "Flutter Fix" I wrote about a couple pages ago is still holding strong and I've had no issues with cavitation (Flutter).

Hey sorry if I'm double posting (added a thread in modified section). Will the AEV snorkel with pre filter fit? Or will the filter make contact with the rack? I know the ram air head will fit but I'm interested in the pre filter.... EDIT: Cancel that request. I was shown some pics of MCCURDY'S rig...I didn't know he was running the prefilter.

Default New Recon Light bar works well with 2010 cable soft top!!!

Gobi has replaced my front light bar for my 2010 cable soft top. The Recon model bar bends towards the front and has plenty of clearance to allow the top to be removed easily. With the new light bar Gobi sent extension bars that fit on the rack to complete closure. There seems to be less noise with this bar and I actually like the look better. Gobi has been extremely helpful and communicative with the replacement. I am getting wind deflectors and when they arrive I will comment. This is a highly workable solution to the cable top problem and Gobi has made it all work well. Thanks Gobi
