I dont even want to think about how much money you have into all the lights tho..
How much better do those d2's work than your 968's?

I switched to the D2s to match my rack lights. My wife also complained about the obstructed view of the 968s, so I guess I HAD to upgrade
Initially, I felt the D2s were brighter then my roof lights but I realized they are angled too far downwards and I was getting reflection off of my hood.

I've had my rack for a month now. I find that it adds about 5 minutes to remove 4 bolts, loose the sway bumpers and to tilt in order to operate the roof. Same amount of time to put it back, so an extra 10 minutes a couple of times per week as I adjust for rain and sun here in Pennsylvania. The GearWrench is my friend more making this less painful.
Can anyone comment who ran for a while without quick disconnects and who now has them? $150 is a good bit if it doesn't dramatically improve the time.
Thanks!
