New JK Headlights
There are many good, easy to follow, headlight aiming links. My favorites http://www.coolbulbs.com/HID-VISUAL-...-PROCEDURE.pdf and http://www.midstatedmc.com/tech/aim.htm
There is no left and right adjustment screw (by law) on the JK, or other newer cars. I'm sure there is a way to do it but it makes adjusting in 2 planes more complicated. The height adjustment varies from 2-4 inches below the horizontal line representing actual lamp height centers. With the OEM lights, adjusting the low beam to the desired point gave virtually no high beam coverage. That 2-4 inch spec will make a large difference in both low and high beam illumination without getting flashed. I go to a local parking lot, use masking tape for the lines on a fence and on the ground. It is very important that the area be flat, square and true. It is also difficult to make the center line mark while close to the wall and to back up 25 feet and stay square AND centered. Sight through the back window, above the high mount stop light and the windshield label on the lower center erched on the glass. Kind of like sighting a rifle. Good luck

Just got finished with mine. They are awesome. Worth every penny. I will post pics later, I took some with the stock lights with Silverstars in the passenger side and the new IPF light in the driver side. I also just came back from driving at night with the new lights in, and wow, it is a huge difference. Literally like night and day. The Silverstar fogs don't quite match, but they do look better than the stock fogs. I'll post pics later once I get them loaded...
Right now I give this mod an emphatic
(thats 2 thumbs up!!!)

Here is with the Silverstar in the stock housing on thedrivers side, new IPF light on the passenger side. Makes the Silverstars look yellow...

And here is with the Silverstar fogs, same headlight set up as before.

There really is an unbelievable difference. It's fair to say that this is the best mod I have done to date (except for lift and tires). I would get these lights before I would do anything else to a stock Wrangler.
