Poison Spyder Hood Louvers--Now for JK!
I just did mine yesterday. Most of the way anyway, ran out of daylight so no pictures yet. And yes, I went through about 20 cutoff wheels for the Dremel, I'd go with something a little more robust next time. I have to hole saw the cross brace from the underside and do a little more touch up painting. Then I'll get some pics up!
The big thing X is the old one. It will work, just a more elaborate cut.
Use a 4 inch grinder with a thin metal cutting disc, a dremel will run through too many discs.
Take your time, and don't cut too deep.

the footman loop studs are very weak, I snapped both of them with a 1/4" drive ... really did not put much pressure on them.
My Jeep nipples also never wanted to stay on, and going through the extra thickness of the louvers
UFOs and Mini UFOs on the way!!

Ordered mine in bare hoping to have it powder coated locally with a texture. My local shops want $75+ to have this done. If your looking to do the same, check around first before ordering. I wish I would have paid the extra $30. Now I am thinking about spraying with a high temp black but concerned about it lasting.
