Default Engine Rattle under load

Going up hills especially, once I put the engine in heavy load I can hear a rattling sound. Before I take a trip to the dealer... was just curious if anyone else has had this. Mine is a 2008 Unlimited, if that means anything......
Thx

I have had more of a buzz than a rattle, but proportional to speed. Is yours like that or is it more consistent and longer durations?

Here was my buzz post:

Sounds like pining/pre-ignition/detonation. Sound like marbles in a can?

Mine does it too, although I have been wondering if my cats are bad since I have some bizarre rough running issues that no one can figure out. I wouldn't think it to be pre-detention since I am running 91 octane anyway.

Check your exhaust crossover pipe spot welds. It has about 6 or 8 welds and if that weld cracks it almost sounds like you have tranny probs cause it does it under load. Hadf 2 of mine crack , took me three days the first time to find it. I just used a screw driver and bent the heat shield away from the exhaust. That little weld makes a helluva racket when cracked.
