ID:	547373Hi Everyone,

I've taken the hardtop off my 2dr JK and put the softtop on. I'm just not sure if I've put the arms in the right position as there seems to be a considerable gap at the back. I'm unable to pull the back all the way (must be short at least 3-4 inches). Can someone confirm I've indeed correctly put the 2 arms in the right position or what else may be the problem?

All of the videos out there seem to be only applicable for the 4 door model.

Thanks in advance!

Default backwards?

are they backwards?

I'd have to look at mine, and I guess I'll test it tonight because I haven't actually flipped mine UP yet lol.

Garage + 2nd car = top down 24/7.

Can you clarify...Im not sure what I'm doing wrong. is it poasible to send a picture?

The lack of info in the owner's manual is quite frustrating.

I went out and looked at mine and it's the same as yours. What does the part look like that is not going down?

Also, you need to have the rear hooked before you attach the front clips at visors

Basically, the back flap will not reach the body. Its about 3 - 4 inches short. When I do the back first, the front is too short to reach the clips.

do the back first, flip the front back like it would be open and let it sit in full sun. It will fit, it just takes 2 people sometimes

Maybe the material is just too tight...that is a lot of stretching it needs to give. Guess I will have to wait for a hot sunny day for the material to stretch enough.
