I use the same mirror as Foo, but only on the driver's side.

Good little mirror, cheap, doesn't take long to switch out, and it keeps the law happy.

I have a HD mirror as well. Got it from a buddy who swapped them on his HD last week.

Funny with all of the time the Jeep engineers spent on the JK design the side mirrors were not designed to be re-located from the doors to the pillar....

I have a solution that is 2+ years old...

If you hate links:
It took a little while for me to do it, but I work, and go to school. I went to Home Depot and bought 2 of those 5 inch round things that cover/prevent holes from being made in the wall behind a doorknob (the textured ones look real good when the paint matches). I then painted it to match (4 coats of color and 6 of clear). I then proceeded to move the double sided tape to the middle (to clear the round part from the mirror hole) and places adhesive caulk around the hole. Then I stuck them together. I will try for pics when I do the passenger door, but I have completed pics somewhere (will post when I find them).
