WV has a bunch of those "Unmaintained Roads" as well. Great adventure to get an old map - or current map if they are complete enough - and see what you can uncover on some of the old roads. Many cross through farm fields and across what would otherwise be private land. Be polite and close any gates behind you. Be careful of those who would think you are trespassing and want to escort you off their land with the support of their shotgun...
Thanks for the good pictures.

Newb question:
I am beginning to build my expedition-type JKU and have a question.
Will adding flat fenders (nemesis odyssey) and a stubby front bumper negate the expedition-ness of my rig? I want to use it for weekend and eventually week long expeditions and camping trips but I really like the low COG advantages that flat fenders provides. Will it look stupid to have "rock-crawler" type front bumper and fenders and expedition gear (gobi roof rack, etc).
Thanks.
