Hah, it does get used for sure. I just don't have the available time to do the trips you do.

Do road trips and make vacations out of it. Go explore parts of the country you've never seen before. Each year for the last 3 (since I've owned a JK) I've driven down to Vancouver (3600 miles round trip). I've been down there many times, so while it's not exactly new to me, its very different from where I live. And it's also a hub from where I can go pretty much anywhere (Northern US, Vancouver Island, Southern Interior, etc). Now it helps that I have family there... but I would still do it regardless (probably just not as frequently). I get some wheeling in, visit family, and generally just change things up from my life in the sticks. Sure it takes a couple days to make the drive (usually 2-3 each way depending on stops to see family along the way), and the gas is expensive. But damn is it fun!

The first time down, I tagged along on a 2 day run with locals - which was the best thing I could have done. I got to meet new people, and I've stayed in touch with a bunch of them. Now we meet up whenever I'm in town, and will either do beers, or a run.

Yeah, and both of you are now officially in my contact list for whenever I make that run up the Alaskan Highway. Soon, I hope.

Mark you have such amazing pictures and videos that so many folks appreciate and enjoy, if/when you do a trip up through Alaska, whatever media you post afterwards would utterly blow up the internet.

Got a question about WARN products. I was looking for a full length front bumper and came across one made by WARN. I was wondering about the quality of their products. Any advice would be appreciated.

BDS 2" suspension w/ Fox 2.0 shocks, MT classic 17 w/ 33" cooper discoveries, KC windshield lights,

I had their rock crawler one (flat top). I didn't mind it. Bumper was solid and well made. Wasn't what I was looking for, so went in a new direction with the new JK (LOD Midwidth).

Warn has a reputation for high quality products. Can't speak to the bumper specifically, but their winches are top-notch.

I was checking out a JK-8 at a local dealership yesterday that had a Warn Elite on it. The bumper, while not my style was very solid. Only thing that bugged me about its function was how far back the fogs sit in it.
