Expedition Modded Jeeps - Let's see 'em!!
Just want to put it out there, and I have no first hand experience, but as I researched for what rear bumper+tire carrier combo I was going with, I went to a well-known 4x4 shop and they told me the Warn tire carrier sometimes swags a bit.
Again, no first hand experience and I am still working on that for myself...
Can anyone confirm?

They do sell Warn, but I have no clue about their margins on diff brands...

Yes. I carry a couple, but during this trip just used the one since we were short of time to make our destinations. You can see the use of three or four of them on the f-stop Arkansas trip (along with several HDSLRs). During that trip we purposefully slowed the pace down to allow more time for photography/videography.
