Excellent. Works well with the sentiment I preach every time someone back east belly-aches about not having any place to use their Jeep. A surfer who lives in Colorado and complains about not having any waves needs to reassess what he does. If you can't rock crawl, then do what the terrain allows. Obviously, there's some great overlanding/expedition challenges back east. People just need to put things together.

I live on a big island as far east as north America gets. We have the most easterly point in NORTH AMERICA, and the OLDEST CITY IN NORTH AMERICA, There is TONS of overlanding to be had here.

I bet you do. I was referring to "back east" in the more traditionally and parochially "American" way: Virginia, New York, Maryland, places like that. Kind of in the general area where the OP's trip was made.

Well I just got back in town from picking up my new trailer. Time to start some adventures. Too bad it is so hot and humid at this time in swfl but I will get great use out of this very shortly. Still have some things to get and want to extend the tongue so I can access rear of Jeep with it attached but it is awesome and my 6 yr old was really stoked as you can see in the photo.

Finally received and installed my Gobi Stealth. Sandra was awesome at Gobi and really helped me out. It took me a little longer to install than it probably should have but had a blast with my girlfriend and her dad putting it all together. I installed the AT interior rack last week. Now I'm ready for our big off-roaring trip from California to Seattle!

haha I didn't even bring mine on the trip since I didn't think I'd need them. last time I make that mistake! glad I brought the full sized shovel - we definitely needed it.

Just watched the video. Looks like that first day was a bit rough.

The two Jeeps in the video are beauties. Love the XJ with the ARB front bumper. NICE!

I know you knew! ha ha. I think theres quite a bit in Vermont, new Hampshire and maine as well. We were planning a trip around that way but decided to hop the ole' westjet plane to our home in florida for some sun and fun. I am hoping by the time we get there, National will have a few renegades in their fleet for us!
