Everybody can have his ActionCamper painted in any color. It just costs more.
Never mind.
A true comparison should be done with similar cars, similar interior colors & materials, and quite a few more variables in control. Most tests aren't meticulous enough.

Sorry your holster was broken. Yeah, I got quite the search once when they were suspicious that I might have had a handgun hidden somewhere. Didn't, but I tell you, I was sweating it, wondering if I had a stray magazine or handgun ammo or something else somewhere in the rig, forgotten by me...

Fortunately I didn't. All the other border crossings into Canada, with my rifles, have been effortless.

Regards, CW
Guess your right, maybe it was my Glock sticker on my Jeep or my US Air Force sweatshirt I was wearing. I still laugh when I think about the conversation the 2 guards and I had when they came to the waiting room, it was all over the place, why I think people should want to have guns, child porn, why would I want to drive to Alaska and not fly, why I was going alone (picking up family in Calgary) and more, this went on for 20 mins before they let me get to cleaning up my Jeep and trailer and re packing everything. The other crossing where simple.

I'm about to order terraflex c gussets? Anyone on here running Dana30 with gussets? Would you recommend sleeves for overland expeditions?
Thank you,
Eric

I'm running sleeves and gussets on a D30 (actually doesn't matter whether it's a 30 or 44 since the axle C's and tubes are essentially the same between the two). I think they provide peace of mind. Sometimes the higher speeds and harder impacts involved with traveling a bumpy/washboarded dirt road are harder on our running gear than rock crawling.

I have my housings sleeved and gusseted. I did synergy, but they are all the same. Mine had to be welded on, which requires removing housing paint and repainting after welding.

It is a good thing to do. Whether you're hardcore rock crawling or overlanding it is a wise upgrade to do to prevent having issues on the trail.

Thank you very much and I will add the sleeves to the cart.
