Thanks, I will look into them.

I am thinking about going to a GX470, since I don't do rock crawling & do most the trails in the southwest and long drives.

I think you night be spending too long of stints in the saddle. We have a big group of 2013s who've had older Jeeps and all agree the 13' seats are the best yet.

Oh, I agree with that, the problem is there are times I am with others who don't get a lot of time off work, so at times, miles must be covered. Like ABQ to Marble Falls over a Friday night, a couple days with friends and then back to ABQ on Monday. Or by myself, driving across Kansas to get back to Chicago.

Hey, that's my little white 2-door!

It was a very good trip. Many happy memories, particularly around camp, BS'ing with everyone.

Another great video Mark - really like what you've done with our WABDR trip - and dang - we got that trip done just in time! Much of the northern area is either burning or choked by smoke right now.

Thanks for making the effort to assemble these excellent videos of your trips - I think you really capture the spirit of overlanding!

And thank you, Guy (and Tad, too), for all the pre-running leading up to the trip that made it such a great success.

WABDR part 4, another amazing video through the jungle. Some serious pin stripes on that road. Looks like evening in camp were a lot of fun.

We had a lot of fun on the trip. It was a great group of fellow adventurers. And, for everyone else, part 4 is online ...

Awesome videos Mark. Lot of winshield time would be nice! You have pics posted of your Jeep and its setup?

I am hoping to put together a build video in the near future. Before the end of the year. But I still have two more parts on the WABDR video, plus a special little video from Rocky Mountain National Park (yes, there is a dirt road to drive within the park), a new introductory video incorporating some of our latest trips, another trip out to SoCal before the end of the year, and a special exposition that may include some driving along the Oklahoma Adventure Trail. So, I've got to fit it between all of that, and that does not include the photography work I for the local Boy Scout program. I do keep busy for a retiree!
