It's the Benchmark Designs, but they're no longer in business. I don't see where creating a tray would be too tough but it came up for sale at a price that I couldn't resist.

Traveled to Warner Robins, GA for my granddaughter's college graduation party and decided to take the (very) long way. Drove from Oklahoma City to Atlanta, where I picked up my daughter flying in from Houston. Took ten days and other than about a hundred miles of Interstate, stuck to two lane back roads and dirt. Here are a few photos (the first couple days a friend traveled with me) ...

We drove a couple hundred miles of the Oklahoma Adventure Trail (OAT) in the southeast part of the state. Here my friend is crossing a bridge along the OAT. A characterless concrete structure is going up next to this one, so drive it soon or it will be gone ...

Camped at Caddo Lake State Park, TX (it's actually on the TX/LA border). I had arranged for a private, four hour photography tour into the swamp, but severe storms came in and my guide and I agreed it was a poor idea. Spent the night sheltered in the tent until lightning and thunder were occuring at the same time--then retreated to safety of the Jeep for a bit. Otherwise, a great place and time of year to camp here ...

A friend of mine has put together some mostly dirt routes through Mississippi. I drove some of them for a couple days, spending one night camped at a lake on his property (if you've seen the movie "Oh Brother Where Art Thou?", the log cabin scene at the beginning is actually his home) ...

Finally, I'd drive some dirt through northern Georgia along the Georgia Traverse. There I'd find a very large tree fallen on the route, which I'd have to remove (lots of video to come on that). I had planned to descend from the mountains into Blue Ridge, GA, but 22 miles away the road was closed. So, I found my way down into Ellijay, then took paved roads to Atlanta to meet up with my daughter ...

A spike? Intended to damage a tire on purpose? We've had that problem here in OK in the past. Chloride Canyon is a really cool drive. Hope to get back there in the future.

Great photos of what must have been quite a trip Mark!

As you know, I'm just back from my Alaskan adventure.

SE-EX, Part 2 is online. Not really much "off-road" in this one, but included for completeness. Caddo Lake is really neat and I for sure want to get back there to finish what I had planned (that will make sense as you watch the video) ...
