Canadian politics.

Stephane Dion, the leader (for now...) of the Liberal Party in Canada, pushed a carbon-tax as pretty much the entire platform of the Liberals in the last election. The carbon tax was essentially "tax fuel and use the revenue to give tax-cuts to greener energy sources". This pretty much handed the election over to the Progressive Conservatives and Stephen Harper.

Note that the Liberal party is one of the mainstream Canadian political parties, roughly equivalent to your Democrats. Although even our most right-wing mainstream party would be labeled "socialist" by Fox news

hey Rando, I hope the dealer helps you out. But if they don't and you get a carrier and need a hand setting it up, send me a PM. I'm not too far from you, I'll give you a hand if I can.
