so since we have rubicons...will it not work?

why won't it work? what is the reason? does BDS make one that WILL work??
The kit works on a Rubicon. There's just a part in the kit you won't need on the Rubi (I can't remember which part it is, but I originally read about it on here). I have the 3" kit and it seems great so far.

i talked to the 4x4 shop about it...and he called up bds.

they said that it will work on the rubicon..you just have to switch out the front and the rear control arms (or something..maybe it wasn't control arms).

but he said it would work.

They fit on a Rubicon, if you order 2 rear sway bar link, replace the front one by those one.

The part you will not use is the Quick disconnect, because you will take the new link.

Like other manufacturer, you cannot take the factory rear one, because BDS dont replace it by longer one, but put a spacer between the sway bar bracket and the frame.

The only thing I would recommend is that you DO NOT use the cam bolts to set your caster. If you can and if you feel it's really needed, buy a set of adjustable front control arms and adjust your caster with them.
I was considering this lift, why not use the cam bolts?

Ok mow you guys have my attention as well. I have BDS's 2"BB and JUST ordered their 3" lift this morning...I put the cam bolts on with the BB and I also replaced my stock shocks with their upgraded 55 series that comes with the 3" kit..... I also just put their 3" springs in the front of my 4dr Rubi to "fix" the front end sag due to the Shrockwoks bumper and winch...

So what is the deal with the cam bolts? And should I assume that I will get the bad rake back sue to the spring fade?

Please HELP!

I just got the 3" lift and like it a lot. I use my car primarily as a DD and like the fact that it has a lifetime warranty. I had it installed by a dealer. Is there an option for rear disconnects too for this? I only have the front sway bar disconnects.

The cam bolts are an OK temporary measure, but if you go offroad they can be marginal in adjustment range and reliability.

There are numerous heated threads on this subject. Run a search for details.

How are driveline vibrations or driveshaft issues with the BDS 3" kit? I am thinking about this lift kit, but do NOT want any driveline modifications or any extra parts/expenses. I just want to bolt it on and go.

Jeep is a 2dr JK with 6spd.

I am looking into the BDS 3" for my rig. Since I want to run 35s in the future. Any driveline issues I should be watching for (driveshafts). Or is it install and go?

I would go with the 2" but that's kind of small.
