Went off roading this weekend and found the tow rating for a stick works quite well. Did not stall once.

Just tuned to the 91 octane rating last night. Holy crap I can't believe the improvement!!!!!!!
The jeep moves now, I can even stay in 6th and accelerate enough to keep up with the flow on the highway. The most noticeable is in first and second gear, there used to be no power there, but now I can hardly believe it's the same engine.

Odometer is spot on too. My only grip so far, is how stupid it is that you would need the flashpaq plugged in to have lockers in Hi gear.

If it is connected you are more likely to be reminded you are locked.

It could be a liability issue.

That's true, but according to the flashpaq manual, it's programed to turn off the locker if you exceed 30 mph for 15 minutes. The electric sway bar is similar, in that it will reengage at something like 15 mph. So I would guess it's possible to program the Jeeps cpu to do something comparable with the lockers.

IMO, I'd rather they give me the functionality I want, and a warning that "hey buddy you could break your Jeep" just like every other after market part I've bought.

It's like when they close a trail because one person did something stupid and got got hurt.... Give the rest of us some credit!

Simply put....... because they don't want to be sued by someone who kills someone because the locker engaged on the freeway at 65mph..

You can thank the public and attorneys for your woes..

i used to get 16 mpg on 33" at 65mph drafting a truck... my recent trip w/ mileage setting gave me a constant 21 mpg on 35" at 65 mph drafting a truck.

i love it and the shift points are soooo much nicer... like driving stock again

Many thanks to Superchips for their support of this site and a great product that keeps getting better.
Got mine too, JPop!

Tammy immediately seized one of the caps, they are dang good looking ones aren't they!

Seems like we have more threads on the Flashpaq active now than before.
All I can say is that at 14,500 miles the JEEP runs terrific, and it is amazing how nice this thing has become running up and down the interstate at 80-85mph on 35" Toyos in the little 6-speed.
I didn't believe there would be further engine gains after I hit 10K miles, but I'm a believer now! Running the 93 octane program, I have to downshift infrequently, and passing cars running 55 on secondary roads isn' that difficult.

I agree. Come on Superchips, give us that capability without having the unit plugged in...

Are you also using 91 octane gas with the program or 87?
