I haven't had any real steady driving but the last two tankfuls were 17mpg 50/50 highway/city driving and 19mpg when I rolled some more highway miles, probably 75/25. I'm pretty sure I could get into the 20+ range if I could roll a full tankful on the highway. All the above is rolling on 35s and using the tow setting.

On the tow setting I love the extra low end bump, suits my driving style fine. Still haven't tried the mileage XS setting yet as I wasn't real happy with it on my Dodge Ram. I've been the guinea pig on a lot of other stuff, so I'll leave that for someone else.

Any word on when TPMS adjustment will be available? I'm kind of holding out to make sure that feature gets added.

I don't have any word on the TPMS control, but I do know that in the past Superchips has given customers a refund as requested when they didn't release a feature indicated in the initial announcement, sometimes more than a year after purchase. I know some features were nixed when they were acquired by MSD who has a company wide policy of adhering to CARB standards for on road vehicles, making their products 50 state legal.

No idea on what the hold up on the TPMS is and perhaps Scott at Superchips could provide some additional insight. I'm fortunate in the fact of having a 2007 and no need for it so it hasn't been an issue at all. If that was the hold up in buying the product, I might simply give them a call to verify that the feature is still slated to be offered, although I'm sure they won't give you a release date.

I definately got better mileage with the 87 tune. Stock I was getting 17.6 MPG. Then I moved up to 35" wheels and tires and it dropped to about 16 MPG. With the flashpaq I'm now getting 18.1 with about 50/50 mixed city and highway. My highest was 20.8 over a couple day period which I never saw when I was stock. Not bad for a big lifted rig.

if I drive around town i get 17.8, backroads to the beach at about 62mph on cruise I get 21, on the highway at 67 I get 18.7-19 on cruise.

I think something may be wrong with my programmer
thats with a bb, airraid cai, and stock tired rubi with six speed.
I am getting numbers that lifted 35in auto's are seeing.

I may have found some part of the issue I am having...the tire size was default set to 30.1 instead of the measured 31.7 of my stock rubi tires...I'll see if that fixes the no mpg improvement issue.
I may try the towing mode since I rarely exceed 2200rpm except on I-95

Always measure your tires and get the proper numbers in. Never trust the computer mpg calculations (my Dodge Ram computer is usually about 2.5mpg on the low side). If possible, use a GPS to calibrate your speedometer.

Also, the I-95 run is something I only get to do a couple times a year but is perhaps the craziest bit of highway I have ever rolled on (DC to Richmond). A little scary in the Jeep knowing instant carnage lies just ahead.

It's interesting. Many of us have the same wheel/tire combination (stock BFG's) so what is everyone running as their size? I have mine at 32" and my GPS/speedometer are about 1.5 mph different.

I'll need to check where I ended up, but I calibrated it with the gps until it was about spot on, ±1mph.
