Default 2011 compatible yet?

Is this really not going to be available until Q1 next year?

I think it basically means the programmer cannot communicate with the Superchips server. And this is just a guess, the issue is not Superchips server but the programmer. There is a workaround to uninstall the driver in the Universal Serial Bus controllers area of your computer and scroll down to "USB Programmer" to uninstall the driver. If you go to Superchips forum site it is the top thread. They have detailed instructions. When I was on the phone with Superchips they said to only try that a couple times and if it does not work to call them back. In my case it did not work.

You all aren't the only ones with the Ping Errors. I got it on my XP laptop and on my W7 desktop when trying to update the tuner.

Basically I removed the USB driver, and it connected and updated the Device firmware. Ping error!
Did the same driver removal, and then it connected again and updated the device software. Ping Error!
Did the USB driver removal AGAIN, and Easy Update opened right up.

Was running 87 on 89 octane and my exhaust was popping/cracking a lot more than usual (Cherry Bomb Extreme). Went to Tow Tune on 93, and loving the torque the Jeep has, but it's not as quick as the 87 tune. Definitely a lot less popping/cracking, which might be a form of pinging or something. The Tow tune fits my driving style the most (short highway runs with some city)

Got my Flashpaq today. Very happy with it, feels normal again after 6 months with 35"s no more downshifting at 120kmh on the highway and torque is very noticeably up. Speedo working again, tire sensors adjusted. Very easy and worth the money.

I installed the 93 tune on my 6speed. While I did notice a little more pep/throttle response, I haven't been super thrilled. Maybe after the exhaust and intake I'll get more butt dyno feel?
I'm sure the 37" tires don't help things.
Are most of you running automatics and that's where you're seeing/feeling the greatest improvement?

Thanks,

Automatic here:
I received my SC Flashpaq the other day, on my lunch I corrected the speedo and tuned it to Octane 85 until I run this fuel out and can put in some 91, then I'll run the performance 91 tune. I have yet to mess with the shifting and not sure I will until I understand it better, also did not mess with any other settings just looked around the tuner a bit, but did notice that the tunes are preset to run the "Superchips Flashpaq" throttle response. Before SC and with CAI, TBS, and exhaust, it had a bit more get-up-n-go and sounded like it had some balls, now with the tuner it feels like it's got more response (throttle) and the balls have dropped (yeah a bit graphic but oh well). I did a couple short tests (on ramp to highway, highway speeds uphill, highway passing, rolling start, and stop to 60ish) and all in all I am pleased with the response I am getting. I hope the 91 tune will give even a little better response, but time will tell. Can't wait to get my 35's on to see what the outcome is.

Disclaimer: No dyno tests here, all test results are that of technical "butt-in-seat" performance testing.

I Have a serious NOOB question,

How easy is this thing to operate? Some of the talk on this thing sounds like NASA's mission control.
Does the Superchips Flashpaq walk you through everything?
I'm having 35's installed and heard the stock ride is about to get even more sluggish and need my speedo re-calibrated.

I'm easily confused!

It's as easy as you want it to be and more complicated the more you want to dive in. My wife can do a tune and she hasn't even started a lawnmower in her life.

Once you get it working it's great for adjusting stuff like speedo and tpms. I bought it strictly for that and the trans tuning function (additional $40). The interface with your pc is so ungodly pathetic and unreliable it almost negates all the good stuff.

How do you like the trans tune ability?
